Building
My family has been in the building materials trade since 1985, supplying cement and construction materials across the NCR. I grew up around sites long before I worked on one.
Today that runs through Prasur Solutions and Unique Sales Corporation on the materials side, and residential development in Gurgaon and North Goa on the build side.
Reading the numbers
I run my own equity book and do my own research on it. Full concall transcripts rather than summaries, annual reports, shareholding patterns, forensic checks. Primary sources, because the interesting part is usually what the summary left out.
When the tooling doesn't exist I write it. A price engine that runs off exchange bhavcopy, a research server that pulls fundamentals while I read, a backtesting harness built to kill its own ideas rather than flatter them.
